Salad for dinner is my number one go-to! It is quick, easy, refreshing, healthy and you can put just about whatever you want in it.
When it comes to making salads it is all dependant on your dressing. This nutty hemp oil dressing made with Vasse Valley Hemp Seed Oil can be added to ANY kind of salad, all topped off with Vasse Valley Roasted Hemp Seed Crumble for that extra CRUNCH!

5 minute recipes – salad with a nutty hemp oil dressing

SERVES – 1 main or 4 sides
TIME – 5 minutes
1 1/2 cups / 45g Spinach
5 Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Medium Carrot
1/2 Cob Corn
1 can Drained Beans (can choose any kind of beans)
Hemp Oil Dressing
1 tbsp / 14g Vasse Valley Hemp Seed Oil
1 tbsp / 15g Peanut Butter
1 tsp / 5g Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp / 6g Salt
2 tsp / 5g Vasse Valley Roasted Hemp Crumble
- Chop up the spinach and carrot.
- Microwave corn for 2 minutes then chop the corn kernels off the cob.
- Place all salad ingredients into a bowl and lightly mix.
- Mix All dressing ingredients in a cup or small bowl and pour onto the salad.
- Mix the dressing into the salad. Top with Roasted Hemp Seed Crumble.
