Crackers are a staple in every pantry. But most crackers are full of salt and hidden preservatives. Personally, I’m sick of ingredient lists that contain numbers and strange ingredients that look like they come from a laboratory. What is this stuff doing to our bodies?!
This healthy cracker recipe if packed full of good fats, fibre and protein. A great snack for kids and a perfect, gourmet addition to the best cheese platters.

Hemp and Rosemary Crackers

- 1 cup Vasse Valley Raw Hemp Hearts (seeds)
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tbs flax seeds
- 1 tbs chai seeds
- 2 tbs finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ¼ cups warm water
- 1 tbs hemp seed oil or olive oil
Combine all ingredients. Let stand until water is absorbed (about 15min).
Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper and spread the seed mixture out thinly.
Bake at 150C for about 45 min or until golden.
